Steel: Market Square expansion May 13, 2009

I know more progress will be achieved by the end of today, but the fog is rolling in and out, so I thought I should take this photo of the steel in place at the Market Square expansion.

Hardman seems to go to work when they have a viable project – perhaps I’ve been too critical of their role in the Coast Guard delays.
