Medium to High density development: Rothesay

Rothesay Mayor Bill Bishop indicated in the Telegraph Journal that he doesn’t think the municipal plan should be updated to include new zoning for more apartment style developments.  Over on Sierra, where one of Rothesay’s clusters of apartments houses one of the town’s largest segments of renters, another multi-family building is taking shape.
