Habitat for Humanity – Tear Down season

Habitat for Humanity strips donated building of valuable building materials to be sold in the ReStore (388 Rothesay Avenue) to raise funds for home building projects.

A two-unit building in Rothesay is available for tear down over the first two weeks of June.

If anyone wants information on how they can help send me an email (urbanplans@gmail.com) and I’ll get you contact information; or for more information you can visit the Habitat Saint John website (www.habitatsaintjohn.ca).

I speculate that the building is being torn down to make way for commercial development, though I’m not 100% sure of where the property is located.
