One Home: three units on Metcalf Street

The One Home development on Metcalf Street is a “three-unit housing project giving modest-income occupants the opportunity to rent, then potentially to own their first new home.”

The building appears to be complete, with only sod and tenants required.

The development took advantage of several programs including Efficiency NB grants and affordable housing funding.
