More scaffolding

Work is being done to the exterior of the building at the southeast corner of Prince William and Princess Streets.  Someone pointed out in the comments that a lot of renovation activity in the city shows that the property owners have more confidence in the market and are trying to capitalize on good times.  I tend to agree.  Thanks for the comment.
