Coast Guard development

I have my Google Alerts set to send me news regarding the Saint John Coast Guard site’s redevelopment.  I hope to hear back from it soon.

With Irving Oil’s headquarters development one step closer to reality, the waterfront is heating up.  I wonder when the Coast Guard development will catch up to the momentum happening in Saint John.  So far none of the Phase 1 developments have happened.  The project was first announced in 2005.
