Irving Oil HQ: Land swap by summer

A Telegraph Journal article in today's paper indicated that the local MP and Port Authority are optomistic that the Transportation Minister will approve the proposed land lease and land swap that are required for Irving Oil to building their proposed headquarters on Long Wharf.

This is consistent with something I heard from an IOL staff member familiar with the project - she suggested the company hoped to get started this summer.

The Irving Oil HQ website is still calling for feedback regarding design and is updated when major occurances happen.
