Mercentile Centre
The new owner of the Mercantile Centre seems to be keeping busy. First they altered the parking garage to make it a pay-and-display lot, and now there is work underway at the old Mattoes pub, hopefully getting it ready for a new tenant. This is on my path from the Aquatic Centre to my car, so I'll keep an eye on this and see what takes shape.

I was down there the other day & saw them working on the old location.I was a season ticket holder (well my Dad was) for The Flames for many years back in the day.That place was always packed on game nights.Shame to see it basically be empty down there.They need to advertise within Market & Brunswick Square or even out doors so people know to go down there, it's kind of out of the way.It is nice & can equip a lot of foot traffic.
There was a little deli or something in there at one point too I can remember.
