Mercantile Centre

I recently read that Saint John was experiencing particularly low vacancy rate and high rent levels for Class A office space. This is likely the motivating factor for the owner's of the Mercantile Centre to be renovating some empty space on the lowest level of the building. The spaces, which formerly housed small offices, a bar and a cafe are now being renovated.
