Market Square Expansion

The expansion of Market Square is set to proceed.  The tenant who will be taking the space is Genesys, an IT services firm. 

Hopefully this actually happens, as Market Square was already close to this stage a few years back, and owner/developer Hardman Group has been pretty slow at developing the Coast Guard site.

A commenter on the Telegraph Journal website is already complaining that this is too low density. I agree that more high rises would be great, but three storeys will be better than the one level garage/loading area that currently occupies the space.
