Church staying in South End

I volunteer with an inner city church, and know that these congregations can attract a cross section of people, including those that drive from other neighbourhoods to attend.

I don't know much about the Saint John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, but take the exterior renovations that are underway as a sign of commitment to staying in the South End.

I've seen a lot of cars parked along Broad Street during services at this church, and am curious about how many of the congregants live within walking distance.
