Tax Rate

The property tax rate in Saint John has been increasing for some time now. The Telegraph Journal presented tax rates for 1967 to 2008. I graphed these with a 3 year moving average (as this was the typical mayoral term until recently). It will be interesting to see if a decrease will soon be at hand.
