Habour bridge walkway
I must have missed this storey in December. Active Transportation posted that the Harbour Bridge Authority is looking at adding a walkway.
Presumably this would be costly, but it would definitely help people from the west side get uptown without a vehicle. Right now if someone wanted to walk from King Square West to King Square uptown, they would have to walk 5.5 km. This would be cut down to under 3.5 km if people could walk across the Harbour Bridge.

I would love to see it include a bike lane!
For me, it's a pain (and dangerous) to bike to work because it means biking through Sim's Corner when it's busy in the morning.
