Big Tide Brewing Company
The Big Tide Brewing Company will be filling a gap in the Saint John market starting in Spring of 2009.
When Tapps closed, I pondered aloud and online, how a city this size was unable to sustain a brew pub.
It seems some entrepreneurial spirit and a great location in Princess Street in the heart of Saint John's nightlife district will lead to local micro-brewed pints being pours again.
Perhaps the Big Tide brew will become as popular as the Moncton-made Pump House products.
Time will tell.
