Project Frog: Smart buildings

I just read about a company that creates "zero-energy building system[s] for the commercial market." The company, Frog, has designed modular classrooms and other structures that according to the company website:

"fit strict criteria for energy performance, technology performance, user performance and the crucial nexus between them."
