What about the Heritage Committee? I heard they were still holding things up?
Is this a complete go now?
The heritage committee has approved the project with some conditions about appearance, but nothing that would derail the development. It seems the city has given the approvals needed (some technical details will have to be worked out with various departments, but nothing out of the ordinary). Hopefully the project can break ground soon.
This does not need to break ground.
