Good time to bike in Saint John

I noticed that on Westmorland Road in the east side there is a white line that gives a decent shoulder between traffic and the sidewalk. Hopefully this is an official bike lane, but if its not, it can still serve that purpose.

I read online that a study is being conducted to determine where bicycle parking areas can be located in the uptown.

Hopefully these two things work to encourage more cycling in the city.
