John Rocca on Irving Oil HQ debate

I was pleased by a quote attributed to John Rocca regarding the proposal for Irving Oil to purchase the former Lantic Sugar site in south end Saint John to swap with the port in preparation for Irving building it's headquarters at Long Wharf. The Telegraph Journal quotes John Rocca saying:

• "If it is true that Irving Oil is willing to pay you between $750,000 and $1 million to purchase the property on an as-is basis ... count your blessings, take the money and run"

Based on my limited knowledge of the Lantic Sugar site, I tend to agree.
