Habitat for Humanity donation

I've pieced together a rumor that the developer of Somerset Square (an Irving Company) will be demolishing a house as part of the project - but have given Habitat for Humanity Saint John an opportunity to salvage salable building materials and fixtures for sale at the ReStore.
