Parking Plan

The Saint John Parking Commission had a report done by the BA Group described as:

• BA Group was retained by the Saint John Parking Commission to strategically assess the parking implications of up to 26 development projects over the next five to ten years. This study included capital cost projections and required extensive public consultation.

I would be interested in reading the report (which I can't find online) and wonder how the Irving Oil HQ proposal (which includes a lot of parking) would impact such plans.
