Saint John Housing

According to Country 94 News the housing market in Saint John is still strong. More single family and multi-family units were started in the beginning of this year compared to the beginning of last. The story is below:

• Despite a drop in housing starts in most of the Province.....Saint John continues to enjoy a boom. In the first quarter, there were 72 single starts which is more than double from the same time last year. The numbers are attributed to increased activity in Quispamsis and Saint John City proper where single starts rose by 21 and 19 units respectively.
• Multiple start homes are also off to a strong start this year with 93 units compared to 52 last year.
