YMCA in Prince Edward Square

The Saint John YMCA, that has to move this year after selling its building to the province for the development of a justice complex, has found a temporary home.

The Y had planned to partner with the Canada Games Aquatic Centre,though this deal fell through for reasons of logistics.

While the Y has not announced where it will open/build its new facility, it was widely reported yesterday that many of the non-profit organization's services will be provided temporarily from Prince Edward Square - an old mall that has been converted into primarily office space (http://deadmalls.com/malls/prince_edward_square.html).
