Lots of housing

In the October 16 Telegraph Journal a reporter observed that there are a lot of residental projects going up in Saint John. It is interesting to consider that a study recently released by TD suggested the Saint John housing market has slowed when the multifamily market seems to be booming.

Hopefully progressive development plans and reasonable zoning and building rules allow for this to continue as long as there is market demand.
