Transit Garage worth less than a third of cost?

According to a TJ article Frank McCarey, manager of the Saint John Transit Commission, feels the transit garage should be assessed at “about $7 million.”  This is less than a third of the cost to construct and around $3 million less than the city put into the project.

Citizens might be scratching their heads on this one.
