City of Fredericton reduced upfront costs for non-profit housing developers

The City of Fredericton has developed a new policy where they won’t change for building or water and sewerage permitting fees for non-profit housing developments until the developers receive funds from federal and provincial programs. 

For new or small non-profit developers this could remove a substantial barrier-to-entry.
