Owners of former schools have a variety of redevelopment options. Some are community oriented – such as the school converted into The Resource Centre on Richmond Street. Other developers are interested in residential conversion.
I see a real estate agent’s sign outside of the former Holy Trinity and some new windows. This could be a nice condo or apartment project is the right developer gets involved.
Any word on what's happening here? I see the sold sign up...
